About a boy
I was born in a small farm town in Missouri in the 1990s. The same town where one could find the "World's Smallest Tombstone" and the birthplace of world famous science fiction author, Robert E. Heinlein. A place of wonders some have called it.

I began my journey into art in high school making art inspired by my favorite bands. I'd make t-shirts to wear and posters for myself. I wanted to be a designer, a visual communicator that expressed what couldn't be expressed with words. So I saved up for college, moved to the big city, and started my education at the Kansas City Art Institute.

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Art History. I also briefly studied under the graphic design department at KCAI. My passions for critical thinking, problem solving, and visual storytelling helped me excel as an artist and drive me as a creator.
I currently work for an engraving company that manufactures foil and emboss dies for printmakers. During my free time I freelance as an illustrator, spend time with my dog, and play the occasional indie game. I have helped create a clothing line with a street artist, develop a makeup company's branding, design a few logos for different clients, done some work for KCUR, and helped design and distribute a self published Kansas City arts and culture zine with several collaborators.
